Responsibilities:
- Provide financial guidance on tax strategies, planning, and compliance.
- Lead tax planning, ensure compliance, and prepare/review complex tax returns.
- Prepare financial statements, analyze data, and process payroll taxes.
- Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for accuracy and compliance.
- Build and maintain client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and mentor junior staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- CPA license preferred
- 3 years of public accounting experience
- Corporate and personal tax experience
- Proficiency in tax software
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
