Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and entity-level/personal tax returns.
• Utilize MS Office, Pfx Engagement, UltraTax, and QuickBooks
• Conduct tax research and work with multi-state entities (preferred but not required).
• Contribute to the success of clients and the firm by delivering high-quality work.
• Engage in mentorship and career development programs.
• Pursue professional growth through educational advancement opportunities.

Skills:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, UltraTax, MS Office, and Pfx Engagement
• CPA certification – Strongly preferred, with incentives available for those pursuing it (e.g., course payment, bonuses, salary increases).
• 5-7 years of experience – Preferably in Tax, Accounting, or Audit.
• Public accounting experience – Ideal, but strong general accounting experience will also be considered.
