## Job Overview

## Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring high-quality dishes are served

- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities

- Develop and implement menus that meet quality standards and customer preferences

- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure cost-effectiveness

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen

- Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures

## Requirements

- Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment

- Strong knowledge of food management, inventory control, and culinary techniques

- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
