Opportunity:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our relationships with key accounts, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction. Reporting to the Sales Leader and as a member of the Sales Team, your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of account management, from understanding their needs and pain points to providing proactive support and strategic guidance.
Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities:
Key Direct Account Management:
- Collaborate with the appropriate Sales Director to cultivate long-term, strategic relationships with a pre-determined group of Key Accounts as determined by the Sales Leader.
- Focus on proactive value creation and offer tactical responses to daily issues that may arise.
- Gain deep insights into the drivers of success, constraints, and pain points faced by Key Accounts.
Buying Group & Dealer Support:
- Extend support to our Key Dealer network, encompassing training, pricing, quoting, and product reviews.
- Conduct in-person or virtual calls to address inquiries and concerns.
- Work closely with key sales personnel within Dealer organizations.
- Review annual Partnership Programs in conjunction with the Sales Leader and appropriate Sales Director and assist in presenting them to Key Dealers.
Systems & Process Development:
- Continuously evaluate the steps and activities necessary to provide exceptional customer experiences and achieve our business goals.
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of processes that are efficient, effective, and aligned with the overall strategy.
- Manage Key Dealer product data and content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Participate in Recurring Team & Company Meetings:
- Engage in annual, quarterly, and weekly meetings to facilitate collaboration, enhance communication, and advance company strategy.
- Contribute insights and suggestions to help achieve company and sales team goals, resulting in YOY sales growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on achieving customer objectives and identifying growth opportunities for Service Ideas.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
