Window Service and Installation Technician - Residential
Travel throughout Denver and surrounding area with occasional overnight travel as needed to service customers. Start your day from home, no office to report to each day.

Role
The Field Service Technician is responsible for the servicing of window warranty inquiries within their respective markets.
The Field Service Technician is responsible for managing his/her own schedule with customers, and enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service, training, and support. The Field Service Technician will work directly with the Regional Sales Manager to make sure customer needs and expectations are met.
Field Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Serve customers in the Colorado Region of the US with integrity
- Meeting with the customer to determine the nature of the service or repair.
- Objectively assess and evaluate windows against design and manufacturer specifications. Check window displays to ensure proper operation, cleanliness, and current design and models
- Review outstanding service issues and visit job sites to resolve service issues
- Visit in-progress window jobs and review installation techniques
- Provide feedback regarding store owner, operations manager, and installer performance
- Complete Service Tech Call Reports and expense reports every week.
Field Service Technician Requirements:
- Construction skill set, mechanical aptitude, and ability to detect where an issue is coming from and how to solve for the problem.
- Previous window or relatable experience desired.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to travel and plan to be on the road Monday through Wednesday or Thursday.
- Physically fit and able to service windows
