Blue Rose is seeking a Cyber Audit & Business Process Reengineering Specialist to support our work with a federal client in* Kingstowne and Ft. Belvoir, Virginia. This role is a Hybrid* role requiring some onsite and some remote work. This role is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.
Successful candidates will be required to obtain an* Active Secret Security Clearance*.
For this role, you will support the resolution of audit findings in client applications by guiding their onboarding to new CyberArk Privileged Access management (PAM) and SailPoint identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions in an Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management (ICAM) program. Your role in the onboarding process will be to read audit reports and understand current business processes. Additionally, you will design controls and re-engineer business processes to remediate existing and prevent future audit findings. As part of this process, you will work closely with client stakeholders and application teams to propose feasible business process changes and ensure buy-in. You will define application onboarding requirements for a separate technical integration team, which will make corresponding changes in SailPoint, IdentityIQ and CyberArk Core PAS for application onboarding.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must:
- Have 3 years of technical experience including a minimum of 2 years of cumulative experience in either financial audit or ICAM related business process re-engineering
- Be eligible and willing to hold, or in possession of Security , CISSP, or equivalent
- Have a strong understanding of Federal FISCAM and FiAR audit processes and how to support business process engineering to help close NFRs related to financial audit
- Have an understanding of ICAM basics
Education:
- Requires 4 Year Degree Information Technology or related field or Equivalent Experience
Salary: $125,000 - $135,000
