Position Details:

The responsibilities of an Wholesale Account Manager include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Support Director of Wholesale to achieve overall department growth
• Provide exceptional hospitality to a portfolio of accounts to develop & nurture professional relationships
• Collaborate regularly with Logistics Manager to review internal and external inventory levels, to ensure orders will be met
• Act as the main point of contact for all customer service related issues including order confirmations, delivery statuses & adjustments, product returns, etc.
• Conduct regular account visits to ensure product display & quality is maintained
• Lead various demonstrations to discuss product quality and introduce promotional offerings
• Work independently to review KPI’s for each account, and develop strategies to improve sales performance and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:

• A love for donuts!!*
• An excellent fit with all Blue Star Core Values
• 3 years proven sales experience or equivalent
• 1 years logistics and process management experience or equivalent
• High standards of customer service and hospitality
• An active cell phone and gmail account
• Ability to travel for research or vendor/ partner meetings as needed
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for long periods of time
• Current food handlers certification
• Open availability (including early mornings and weekends)

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
