Position Details:
The responsibilities of an Wholesale Account Manager include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Support Director of Wholesale to achieve overall department growth
- Provide exceptional hospitality to a portfolio of accounts to develop & nurture professional relationships
- Collaborate regularly with Logistics Manager to review internal and external inventory levels, to ensure orders will be met
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer service related issues including order confirmations, delivery statuses & adjustments, product returns, etc.
- Conduct regular account visits to ensure product display & quality is maintained
- Lead various demonstrations to discuss product quality and introduce promotional offerings
- Work independently to review KPI’s for each account, and develop strategies to improve sales performance and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:
- A love for donuts!!*
- An excellent fit with all Blue Star Core Values
- 3 years proven sales experience or equivalent
- 1 years logistics and process management experience or equivalent
- High standards of customer service and hospitality
- An active cell phone and gmail account
- Ability to travel for research or vendor/ partner meetings as needed
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for long periods of time
- Current food handlers certification
- Open availability (including early mornings and weekends)
