The Marketing Automation Manager (MAM) is responsible for creating, deploying and managing the effective use of Bluebeam’s marketing automation tools within the North American region. This role will work closely with the Global Marketing Automation Managers as well as Regional Marketing Managers to enable a global lead lifecycle framework, automated forms, triggered and outbound emails, and marketing segmentation. This role is key to maintaining high quality campaigns as well as a clear understanding of marketing’s contribution to revenue. The MAM also delivers performance results from Salesforce and Google Analytics to provide insight for future automated campaigns.
What You'll Do:
- Oversees collaboration between the Sales and Demand Generation teams, lead, develop and execute vision for marketing automation programs, identifying and pitching new campaign opportunities that support business objectives.
- Designs, builds, launches, measures and maintains new automated email programs such as shopping cart abandonment, post purchase, upsell, cross-sell, and reengagement programs.
- Works with Web team to develop and implement new Pardot Forms and Pardot Form handlers as necessary.
- Guides the Creative team through development and iterations of email templates.
- Partners with Marketing Ops and Salesforce Admins to map Pardot and Salesforce CRM fields to support implementation of marketing automations. Works together to eradicate errors between the two systems, identify root causes and develop action plans to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborates with Director of Marketing Operations to develop executive dashboards and show how Marketing efforts are driving revenue & ROI.
- Seeks input from Sales and Marketing teams in order to maintain and iterate lead scoring and grading models.
- Sets-up and maintain reply mail management.
- Drives A/B testing for email content and subject lines and report out findings.
- Produces monthly email and campaign performance reports.
- Manages and optimizes email segmentation and overall list hygiene.
- Influences process improvement.
- Ensures adherence to CAN-SPAN, GDPR, CASL, and other regulatory requirements.
Here’s what we’d like to see in you:
- 5 in a marketing automation role managing a marketing automation tool like Pardot/MarketoEloqua, Hubspot
- 2 years of Salesforce and Google Analytics experience.
- Experience with GTM and webinar tools like ON24, GotoWebinar, etc.
- Experience creating emails, forms, and landing pages.
- Experience managing and maintaining scoring, grading, and lead routing.
- HTML/CSS
- Microsoft Outlook
- Strong communication skills and project management skills.
- Self-Starter: see’s project through from inception to completion.

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. The base pay range for this position is $89,000 - $111,200.
