Clinic Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Manage and supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards
- Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience
- Coordinate with other departments or organizations as necessary for seamless patient care
- Handle patient complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
LPN or RN
-Assistant Living or Skilled Nursing experience
- Previous experience in medical management or healthcare management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
- Ability to adapt to changing healthcare landscape
