Bluebird Staffing is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team! This position is located in Limerick, PA and will have a Mon-Fri schedule and will be onsite (flex hours and remote work can be discussed during the interview process)
This position comes with a base salary plus an excellent comission plan (above industry standards).
Job Responsibilities for the Healthcare Recruiter:
- Identify qualified candidates based on client's job requirements and business needs
- Communicate with candidates via telephone, email, etc to determine skill sets, career goals, and applicable positions
- Establish relationships with candidates and current employees in order to build trust, and gain familiarity with different industries and job roles, while expanding your professional network
- Identify new and creative ways to source viable candidates (utilizing internet resources, directories, contact lists, database leads and personal networking)
- Negotiate wage rates and employment terms with candidates, while being able to affirm their commitment for current and future positions
Ideal Candidate:
- Must be a person that enjoys working with others (strong people person)
- Technically savvy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
- Punctuality is highly valued
- Willing to go above and beyond the basic requirements
