We're searching for an Office Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
· Manages reception, responsible for answering the phone and greeting visitors with sign in process.
· Responsible for coordination of company events (Family Holiday Party, monthly socials).
· Organizing and arrange meetings.
· Ordering office supplies and furniture.
· Maintaining health and safety regulations / Compliance with legal obligations.
· Responsible for coordinating with the People team on onboarding and offboarding employees (desk setup, shipping equipment, setting up with systems and office access, equipment returns)
· Coordinates all shipping and receiving of items at BlueCat.
· Create/monitor maintenance requests with building.
· Communication with landlord
· Cooperation with relevant teams in establishing and implementing office rules and procedures
· Communication with technical support and external partners in case of office equipment failures
· Participation in the procurement/evaluation processes
· Administration and communication support for all local activities
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
· At least 2 years proven office management, administrative or assistant experience.
· Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and planning skills.
· Proficient in MS Office.
· Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures.
· Ability to handle sensitive matters in a professional and confidential way.
· Experience building relationships at all levels of the organization.
· Must have a customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.
· Experience supporting both an in office and remote employee base.
