The Employment Support Workforce Manager will play a key role in managing and coordinating defense-related projects, with a focus on supporting employment efforts, to include efforts to engage veterans, transitioning military, skilled trades people and other individuals into the Defense Industrial Base. Additionally, you may also work on projects focused on other employment supports, such as job placement, upskilling, and retainment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within defined parameters. This position requires strong project management skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
