We spend some time at our HQ in Pittsburgh PA, but spend most of our time traveling to jobsites around the country (with a heavy emphasis on jobs in VA, NC, and SC).

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will help contractors through the lifecycle of deploying autonomy for their heavy equipment. You will help train them on the technology, teach best practices, and check in with operators, foremen, superintendents, and leadership throughout the learning process.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively
- Tweak the Success Playbook to fit individual contractors and their teams
- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Travel to jobsites around the country to recommend best practices in autonomy
- Drive upsell opportunities and renewals through proactive account management
- Implement strategies to maximize customer retention and loyalty
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in a SaaS and construction technology
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building positive customer relationships
- Clear, concise, and effective communication skills
- Familiarity with construction, heavy equipment (Caterpillar, Komatsu, etc), and equipment operators is a plus
