Responsibilities:

  • Consultation and Education: Engage with homeowners to educate them about the benefits of solar energy. Provide in-depth consultations to understand their energy needs and assess the feasibility of solar panel installation.
  • Proposal Development: Create customized solar energy proposals tailored to meet the specific requirements of homeowners. Explain the financial benefits, energy savings, and environmental impact of solar panel installation.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, proposals, contracts, and invoices. Ensure all documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. Experience in consultative selling and customer relationship management is highly desirable.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar energy systems, their benefits, and the ability to explain technical concepts to homeowners in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to listen actively, empathize with customers' concerns, and articulate solutions effectively.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, goal-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to continuously learn about solar technology and industry trends.
  • Customer-Centric: Passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring homeowners have a positive experience throughout the solar installation process.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
