Responsibilities and Duties
- Seek out and develop relationships with various Referral Sources.
- Build relationships with referral sources via presentations, face to face contacts, phone calls, meetings, etc. to increase revenue through direct referrals.
- Work with other members of the office to establish and monitor established goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Marketing, along with two years related experience and/or training preferred
- Must have experience in home care sales/marketing.
- Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a positive, professional, business image.
- Dynamic and energetic.
- Passionate about working with people and building long term relationships.
- Engaging, approachable and likable.
- Able to connect with referral source and gain their trust.
- Able to handle rejection with resolve.
- Able to look beyond competition and penetrate accounts that have been ingrained with competitors.
