Overview of the Position Responsibilities: As a Bluepeak Regional Brand Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in representing our telecommunications company across a designated geographic region. This role requires you to act as the face of our brand, drive awareness, promote our products and sell our services, and foster positive relationships with customers, partners, and community members. You will be responsible for effectively communicating our brand message, values, and offerings while maintaining a professional and engaging presence at various events. What You Will Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and spokesperson for Bluepeak within the designated region, building brand awareness and ensuring consistent messaging.
- Build sustainable relationships with current and future clients through open and interactive communication.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and events to promote Bluepeak’s products and services to the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, social media photos and videos.
- Provide regular reports on regional activities, market insights, and customer feedback to the management team.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support their efforts in lead generation and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with Social Media Manager in creation of content and media elements.
- Work within community Facebook groups and social networks to improve awareness and collect intelligence.
- Collaborate with Public Relations Director to build local media connections
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree in sales, marketing or business preferred
- A minimum of 1 year of previous work experience in sales or business development, preferably in telecommunications.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Competency in verbal, written, and presentation skills for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
- Self-starter with the ability to independently plan, organize, and prioritize sales initiatives, project, and performance objectives with clearly defined metrics.
- Strong collaboration with peers and leadership to provide key on-the-ground insights to help guide regional strategy.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in changing and/or challenging situations.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and work occasional weekend events is required.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- MS Office Suite: Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, OneNote.
- Software: ICOMS and Salesforce.
- Excellent organization skills
- Prolonged periods of walking, talking, and sitting at a desk.
- Regularly required to talk and hear.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull and walk.
- Required to use hands, handle objects and paperwork.
- Required to use close vision and be able to focus.
- Required to refrain from personal use of technology during working hours.
- Required to lift up to 20 lbs at a given time.
