Looking for a seasoned Sous Chef ready to work with our Executive Chef in running our award winning kitchen. We are a all day, farm friendly restaurant that have been in South Jersey for 17 years. We are looking for an organized, hungry leader in the kitchen to work with us to move us into the next phase of our growth. Important aspects of the job are to continue with the positive culture that Chef has estiblished and build on its values.
You will work with Chef in commanding a team currently of about a 15 people, you will be responsible for all kitchen activities for the restaurant that will include the following and other responsibilties that may not listed.

-Quality of food preparation and service, food presentation, and cleanliness of the kitchen.
