Delivery Driver

HOPE TRANSPORT/Blueprint Inc has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for Full Time and Part Time FedEx Delivery Drivers. Drivers dispatch from the East Nash FedEx terminal located at 100 Fedex Way, Mt Juliet, TN 37122 and deliver to homes and businesses in the surrounding Nashville areas. WE OFFER HEALTH INSURANCE FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!

Starting Pay: $160/day and $250/day for 6th work day.

Bonuses: Sign on Bonus $500 after 90 days. Monthly Safety Bonuses, and Weekly threshold Bonuses.

WE HAVE NEW TRUCKS and will train you on routing apps for a smooth daily route. CDL License is NOT required! Amazon, UPS, USPS experience is a plus!

Work Hours: FULL-TIME and WEEKEND SHIFTS AVAILABLE! Day shift, 7:30am until Delivery Completion. We are in need of weekend drivers, either part-time or full-time willing to work a schedule that includes Saturday.

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Minimum age of 21 years

• 
  Must have at least 1 year in the last 3 years of verifiable work driving experience (Any driving that is part of a job where pay was received - MILITARY DRIVING, TAXI, UBER, PIZZA DELIVERY, LANDSCAPE DRIVER IS ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE)
• 
  FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, or Amazon experience is a plus!
• 
  Must have a Valid Driver’s License
• 
  Must have a clean driving record
• 
  Must be willing to submit to a background check
• 
  Must pass a Drug Screen
• 
  Must pass a DOT physical able to move packages up to 150lbs with a dolly

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Arrive at Mt. Juliet FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages at 7:30am. Terminal Address: 100 FedEx Way, Mt. Juliet TN 37122

• 
  Drive a company owned step-van style truck, following our safety standards on and off the road.
• 
  Conduct pre and post-trip inspections.
• 
  Use company owned technology to manage the delivery process in a quick and safe manner.

• 
  Make deliveries to local businesses and residences
