- Build relationships and manage sales leads through multi-channel outbound efforts (phone, email, etc)
- Adopt creative prospecting strategies as needed to be successful in account engagement
- Schedule meetings for TVV leadership with prospective clients
- Research target accounts to gain insight into business challenges and goals
- Understand TVV Capitals acquisition approach and differentiators to effectively communicate and apply them to each prospects needs
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in Salesforce, including comprehensive and up-to-date client information
- 3-5 years of prior business experience in a sales, marketing, or consulting capacity
- Passion for outbound prospecting and initiating business-level discussions with our target market
- Confidence to call executives throughout the day to start dialog with leaders who may be short on time; resilience to learn from experiences and tailor pitch and approach to yield results
- Verbal and written communication skills to articulate TVV value proposition in the market
- Preferred knowledge working with Salesforce or other CRM and various sales tech stack tools to yield more efficient and effective results over time
- Strong results orientation
- $100/hr with 15 hours/week provided
