Description: The individual in this position is responsible for providing general marketing support for a variety of initiatives within the department. The primary focus is on community outreach, customer survey oversight, analysis of marketing results, and employee communications. During system changes and modifications, monitor for issues and escalate as appropriate.Serve as a marketing liaison for community events by helping secure event volunteers, promoting the events to employees, attending events as needed, and collaborating with Marketing Specialist to promote community involvement on our digital channels. In partnership with branch managers and branch administration, develop creative approaches to sharing community information in the branches via digital and physical bulletin boards.Provide support for Bluestone Bank's Sponsorship Committee through assembling sponsorship requests, preparing meeting agendas, updating internal systems with sponsorship decisions, coordinating with accounts payable on payments, and communicating decisions in a sensitive manner with external organizations.In partnership with Human Resources, develop employee communications that will help foster a collaborative, engaging work environment
including monthly employee newsletter articles and highlights, intranet updates, and branch outreach
Requirements
with participation on internal committees focused on improving the employee experience.Under the direction of the Marketing Officer, plan and coordinate bank seminars and public relations events including financial literacy seminars, employee engagement events, and community events.Using customer feedback, recommend ways to improve the Bank's customer experience as it relates to digital tools.Research marketing trends and provide status updates and ideas to the Marketing Officer.Collaborate with Marketing team on creating digital and print promotional materials to support marketing objectives while ensuring all information complies with the bank's branding standards.Participate in creative brainstorming regarding marketing direction, process improvement, and implementation of the bank marketing plan.Complete compliance and product program assignments as needed.Ability to work outside of regular bank hours, if necessary.Other duties as assigned.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
