Job Title: Security Professional
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 Depending On Certifications.
Hours: Varies (6/28/24 - 6/30/24)
Location: Spokane
FLSA: Non-Exempt - FTE 1.0 - .5

Basic Function
Spokane hosts a 3 on 3 basketball tournament once a year – much of the city is blocked off to vehicle traffic and the tournament brings a very large crowd to the downtown area. The Security Professionals will be responsible for line and crowd control, safety and provide visible security presence.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Monitor the property to identify any suspicious activities or individuals.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats.
• Ensure the safety and security of the property and its occupants.
• Communicate effectively with management and authorities regarding any incidents that require their attention.
• Respond to emergencies and aid as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents and activities.

Position Requirements:
Requirements:

· High School Diploma (Required)
· Valid Security Guard License (Can be acquired during hiring process)
· Strong sense of situational awareness
· Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
· Ability to work independently.
· Must be physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Physical Demands:

· Standing and walking for extended periods of time
· Climb stairs and ladders.
· Lift up to 50 pounds
· Operate security equipment such as radios.

· Security Guard – 1 Year
