ABOUT THE WEB EXPERIENCE & CONTENT TEAM
The Web Experience & Content team at BlueVine is a group responsible for creating the first impression we present to small businesses in search of better banking products. As a team we are the strategists, architects, designers, developers, producers and testers who create and optimize to reduce barriers in the journey for our customers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
BlueVine is seeking an accomplished and innovative Program Manager responsible for delivering best in-class customer experiences on the web and mobile to support customer growth, retention and engagement for our banking and lending products. Reporting to the Director, Head of Website and SEO, he / she will partner closely with Design, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Communications, Legal and Engineering teams to initiate, manage and deliver projects across our BlueVine.com roadmap.
The role is both strategic and executional; strength in both and the ability to flex back and forth is critical. As the primary point of contact for execution on BlueVine.com, this candidate will lead project initiation, design, development and project management activities. They will partner with user experience strategy and content strategy teams to roll out an ongoing test and learn agenda across BlueVine.com. An ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer-centric environment, and will have led the development of notable end to end website and mobile design and development programs. They will have strong expertise working with leading marketing technology software solutions for content management systems, customer data platforms, analytics, personalization and A/B testing, and will be most comfortable when applying this expertise toward designing and delivering new and innovative online experiences. He / She will be proficient in SEO best practices to inform content strategy and website technology roadmaps.
This role requires someone who is a self-starter, is analytical, detail oriented and thrives in a data and results-driven environment. Having a track record working in fast-moving and high-tech environments, having a passion for supporting SMB businesses and having the skills to collaborate and deliver successfully when working across a large cross-functional team will set an ideal candidate up for success in this role.

This is not a fully remote role. At BlueVine, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, which we believe is best maintained through in-person interactions and a vibrant office environment. All of our offices will reopen in accordance with local guidelines, and will follow a hybrid model.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
PLANNING
- Has a deep understanding of our business, needs, expectations, and requirements
- Owns the ongoing BlueVine.com Web & Content roadmap, implementing projects that support an end to end customer journey for key personas / segments
- Partners with engineering and operations to maintain and improve the marketing technology tools and systems used to bring more personalized outputs to our customers with more speed and stability
- Leads the team in determining the approach, deliverables, schedule and tools to deliver multiple projects streams within established constraints
- Leads the team to estimate budget and timing including project strategy, functional design, visual design, technology requirements, etc., utilizing established estimating process and tools.
- Ensures that stakeholder and leadership signoff is obtained at key points during projects
EXECUTION
- Designs & Develops end to end customer experience for new product launches, policy & feature updates
- Executes landing page strategies for acquisition and lifecycle programs
- Delivers an ongoing content calendar, improving speed to market and expanding team capabilities into new content types
- Implements SEO & CRO programs to meet new customer growth / ROI targets
- Works cross-functionally with peers on product marketing, design, engineering, risk, data science, and insights to develop a web/mobile product roadmap and execute flawlessly against that plan
- Has overall responsibility for delivery health of BlueVine projects, facilitating project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, stand-ups, status, reviews, etc.), communicating action steps to the team, and delivering weekly project updates to leadership
- Helps update processes and standards for project management design and technical documentation
- Directs vendor/third party relationships to support project execution
OUTPUT
- Communicates project status daily, weekly and monthly during key business reviews
- Leads project retrospective meetings to constantly improve web and content team operations
- Constantly monitors traffic, funnel conversion, page performance metrics and ROI to deliver improved performance
- Builds team expertise by mentoring team members and offering training in relevant methodologies, techniques, frameworks, etc.
- Proactively works to define and/or improve delivery management policies and procedures
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- 7 years of experience in project management or web delivery function
- 4 years experience leading project standups within cross functional teams
- 4 years of experience in software/technology or marketing
- 4 years experience working in Jira PMO software
- Bachelor's Degree required / Advanced Degree preferred
- Top of his/her game regarding modern product development skills and expertise, web/mobile design and content management, web/mobile analytics, testing and optimization and organic search
- An understanding of digital marketing best practices and keeps abreast of the latest tools, techniques, & technologies
- Experience with technology companies in the SMB or Financial Services segment is a plus
- Knowledge and direct experience working with leading CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Sitecore, Adobe)
- Knowledge and direct experience working with leading web-tech platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Optimizely)
- Knowledge and direct experience working with leading site-side analytics and customer data tools (Google Analytics, Segment, etc.)
- Superb written and verbal communication skills including delivering presentations
- Experience working effectively in a heavily cross-functional, fast-paced environment and can provide deliverables under tight deadlines
- A process-driven individual who has effectively managed and executed complex, multi-layer work streams in a matrix organization
- Strong at multi-tasking and project management skills with a team player mentality
