Rental Agent

We are looking for an energetic person to help us with work at our Alexandria Store.

We will teach you about the automotive rental industry. We are a family business and about relationships. We hope to hire someone that by helping us grow we will help you grow. Must be at least 21 years old

• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No DUI/DWI or Drug conviction on record in the past 5 years
• Unfortunately at this time we do NOT offer any Medical benefits but we are aggressively looking to get it.

Responsibilities:

• Handle multiple tasks, such as, talking with and listening to customers while accessing, reading, and inputting information into numerous applications
• Utilize problem-solving skills to efficiently answer customer requests
• Job does require physical activity including walking, and some minor cleaning of vehicles
• Maintain, at a minimum, target levels of productivity and performance
• Locate and interpret complex information from a number of databases
• Maintain a courteous and pleasant demeanor while speaking with external and internal customers
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Work well will fellow employees
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Medical / Dental/Vision offered after Trial Period
• Computer skills needed.

• This is position is for a person looking to sometimes sit at desk, to working outside, to helping deliver cars to customers.
• You will help with our U-haul service including checking in and out trucks and Trailers
