We are an extremely fast-paced company looking for a talented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork. This position requires the processing and onboarding of very high-volume applicants and candidates.
The duties include:
- The recruitment, screening, interviewing, hiring and orientation of new employees; prepare the necessary paperwork for personnel files.
- Coordinates the application process and maintenance of applicant logs with administrative staff
- Records employee information, such as: personal and tax data; compensation and benefits data; attendance; performance reviews or evaluations; and termination date and reason.
- Updates and maintains confidential personnel files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses.
- Examines personnel files to answer inquiries; provides information to authorized persons.
- Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports using computer.
- Performs tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assigned office.
Experience:
- Recruiting: 2 year (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
- Experience in multi-tasking
Requirements & Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
- Attention to detail and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating high volume calendar scheduling with accuracy and a sense of urgency
- Track record of delivering high-touch, world-class service to employees
- Obsessive about ensuring that every candidate has a positive candidate experience
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to balance competing priorities
- Self-directed - able to anticipate possible issues before they arise and effectively problem solve
- Adaptable and open to learning and incorporating new recruiting strategies, tactics, and processes
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
