Training Specialist- Consultant
Job Posting for Training Specialist- Consultant at BNB Networks
Training consultant will facilitate all training sessions for new consultants and contractors, develop training modules that fit our scope of work, manage our University Library, will update training guides based on industry standards, and ensure all consultants/ contractors have completed required trainings.
Must have experience:
- Facilitating Virtual Trainings 1-2 hours per training via Zoom
- Experience developing Power Point presentations
- Experience working on training curriculum
- Experience scheduling Meetings and Submitting Training Reports
- Shall submit training reports weekly
- Have experience using Zoom, Loom and creating training materials
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Trainer will receive a fixed rate contract. Training will be paid $500.00 per contract, or $20 per hour NTE (not to exceed) 25 hours per contract to completed trainings and build training platform; once training is completed, consultant will be compensated using Gusto direct deposit and a new contract shall be awared. Contract monthly budget shall not exceed $1,500 or 75 hours. Trainnig Consultant shall train our operations team, contractors, assisting with contractor onboarding etc. Training is paid at $20 per hour.
