We're seeking a future team member in the role of Lead Analyst, Billing to join our RBS US Payments OPERATIONS team. This role is located in Pittsburgh - HYBRID.
Work Schedule- 8 am - 4:30 pm EST.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways :-
- Post cash receipts, cheques & incoming / outgoing wires to clients' accounts.
- Ensure cash receipts are reconciled & supported by proper documentation to keep clean reconciliations.
- Settle all cash receipts within established deadlines.
- Follow up with Relationship teams on open reconciliation breaks with regard to overpayments & advance payments.
- No direct reports, may have people management responsibilities in some geographies.
- Oversee aspects of resource management (training, development, performance management, retention, recognition). Provide direction, support to staff, fostering teamwork within the group.
- Coach and develop teams, prepare them for increasingly complex responsibilities.
- Resolve issues that have been escalated by staff, Relationship team or clients.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Billing & working knowledge of reconciliations & cash transactions (Swifts, Cheques, ACH etc.)
- Experience in financial services preferred.
