We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Project Manager to join our Milestone Group pControl Professional/Product Services team. This role is located in the Boston, MA area in hybrid or work from home environment.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- To play a key role in the development and execution of a high quality client engagement and delivery management capability to support implementation of Milestone Group technology solutions for Banking and Investment clients.
- Initiate implementation projects with clients.
- Produce initial project plans.
- Create, track and manage implementation delivery plans.
- Support the pControl implementation process.
- Provide key client liaison point. Manage client requests.
- Continuous monitoring of project budgets, timeframes and resource levels including reporting (internal and external) on status of delivery and budget.
- Produce project reports and ensure effective team / client communications.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is beneficial. 8 - 10 years of related program and/or project management experience required.
- Financial services industry experience (at least 3 years) with solid exposure to investment operations and / or custodian environment.
- Project/Delivery management experience in implementing software in large financial institutions across multiple sites.
- Understanding and experience in funds processing.
- Project/Delivery management experience in large projects (1000 FTE effort days).
- Experience in Project reporting, tracking and planning.
