Job Description:
Program and Project Management
Manages all aspects of a project from initiation to completion.
Responsible for leading cross-functional teams that are focused on managing all aspects of the project/program to ensure on-time completion according to specifications.
Specific project management activities include project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, internal and external client management, relationship management, and other project documentation preparation, and turnover to production for projects of low to medium business complexity.
Reports and escalates progress/issues to management, as needed.
Develops, defines, and executes project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, risks, and changes.
Project scopes include, but are not limited to, client onboardings, new product roll-outs, compliance and regulatory initiatives, strategic efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of Treasury Services’ products, APIs, and Immediate Payments.
Ability to liaise with clients on technical topics & provide clear guidance to non-technical resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required.
5-7 years of total work experience in Project Management preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
