We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Development Support to join our Issuer Services, Corporate Trust Controls team.
This role will be a hybrid model position (3 days a week in office), and can sit out of our Houston, TX or Pittsburgh, PA office.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :
- Global Specialist’s primary responsibility is to thoroughly review new business and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately within the prescribed time frame.
- Update Onboarding Documents
- Be a part of initiative staff training & represent as a Corporate Trust spokesperson
- Enhance system testing and tracking
- Embody a user champion for new initiatives and system upgrades
- Act as GS business representatives for the new enterprise initiatives
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following :
- Undergraduate degree is required.
- 2 years’ work experience
- expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentations
- A proactive, organized and detail-oriented candidate
