We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Change Management Associate to join our Asset Servicing Prod Services team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL / Pittsburg, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Reviewing Weekly Application Changes for Completeness and Risk Mitigation
• Attending and Chairing Change calls
• Assist with required Weekly Reporting

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Working knowledge of Service NOW Required
• Experience with Change and Risk Management Required
• Working knowledge of Excel Required
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience5 years of experience in IT; 2 years in IT Service Management role required; experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
