Job Posting for Human Resources Coordinator at Boar’s Head Resort
Boar's Head Resort is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
Duties:
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Monitor/audit job requisition and candidate files and track applicant flow. Working with department managers, continuously monitoring job descriptions, and updating as necessary.
Assists with recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates in ApplicantPro and other employment platforms i.e. Indeed etc.
Assist with the screening of applicants.
Schedules interviews for all departments and invites department managers as appropriate.
Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
Assist in tracking and communicating the employee referral information to payroll.
Makes photocopies, scans, and emails documents; and performs other administrative functions.
Files documents into appropriate team member files.
Assists or prepares correspondence as requested i.e., employment verification.
Prepares new-employee files.
Assists with processing of terminations.
Organize and order all office supplies, including nametags, folders, etc.
Participate in planning and execution of all associate events.
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employees’ feedback.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
High level of computer proficiency; specifically with Microsoft Office (Excel, Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher).
Must be flexible with the ability to work late and on the weekends when required.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent time management and proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
At least two years’ related experience required.
