Responsibilities
Guide customers through shopping process including vehichle selection, trade appraisal, financing options, etc.
Follow-up with and maintain relationship with customers after sale.
Answer phone and email sales questions follow up on leads.
Acheive monthly performance objectives.
Complete regular training to improve skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
Sales experience preferred
Team Player
Growth Mindset
Strong computer skills
Strong customer service background
Self motivated, organized, and time management skills
Outgoing personality and eagerness to help serve our customer base
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Subaru brand a plus
Punctual, reliable and eager to improve
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
