Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for contacting one-time Balance of Nature customers and converting them into recurring customers. This position will also reach out to canceled customers to answer questions, provide information, and start the reactivation process. We are looking for someone who loves talking to others and enjoys the challenge of sales.

• Understands the sales process thoroughly and can apply it to overcome customer concerns

• Ability to be flexible and adapt to the customer’s needs and wants

• Reliable and able to follow through with tasks and responsibilities

• Constantly learning new things and striving to improve

• Clear and effective communicator with excellent listening skills

• Able to meet daily and weekly quotas/targets

• Ability to learn and come to know the product very well to provide customers with information and support 

• Able to overcome objections and obstacles

What You Will Do:

• Call customers and provide additional information on Balance of Nature

• Meet minimum daily and weekly call quotas

• Create effective strategies for calling customers

• Continually refine and improve the sales process to meet customer needs

• Use reactivation process and find new ways to reactivate canceled customers

• Handle customer accounts and information appropriately and in a timely manner

Pay: $15.00 per hour commission

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-time

*This position will require onboarding training at 1568 S. River Road #200 St. George, Utah 84790. After completion of training, this position's long-term location will be at 328 Old Highway 91 Hurricane, Utah 84737.
