Ideal Candidates: We are seeking an experienced Cashier with passion, a positive attitude, and a dynamic personality! You must be self-motivated and able to multi-task. The representative will handle service calls, confirm appointments, and perform outbound follow-up calls and any additional outbound calls requested by management.
Responsibilities
- Manage transactions with customers using point of sale systems
- Assist with inbound customer calls by answering questions or setting appointments
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
- Redeem stamps and coupons
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
Skills
- Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales
- Basic PC knowledge
- Familiarities with electronic equipment, like a cash register and POS
- Good math skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- High school degree
Previous Experience with the following systems preferred:
- Dealertrack
- X-time
- GM Global
