Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Accept and process credit card payments.
- Open and prepare repairs orders for dispatch.
- Open purchase orders.
- File/retrieve filed paperwork as needed.
- Gather and prepare warranty parts for return as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Organizational skills to prioritize workload
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new tasks and responsibilities, and willingness to ask for assistance and further training when necessary
- Organizational and time management skills
