Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Manager who will be responsible for keeping the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and to exceed the customer’s expectations.
Salary $50,000 Plus bonus based on store performance!
M-F (7am - 5pm) No weekend!

Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction; including listening effectively to customer’s concerns and resolving any conflicts with customers (both internally and externally)
- Keep accurate safety records and document service actions and discussions and meetings.
- Recruit, train and supervise Service Advisors, Foreman and a team of technicians. Weekly review of technician efficiencies, annual performance reviews and handling disciplinary actions are included in the role.
- Direct and maintain the daily operations of the service department, focusing on expenses and profitability of the service department. Collaborate with company management to support and implement growth strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills; and the ability to think strategically.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a service manager
- A minimum of 2 years in the construction industry.
- Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or higher education
- Driven personality, eager to improve and able to work within and support internal teams.
