Technician Benefits:

• Total Technician Compensation Package:
  • Up to $1,120 - $1,600 per week
  • Minimum 2.5 hours OT pay per week additional OT as warranted by workload
• Technician Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Closed on weekends

  • Eligibility is 1st of the month following 30 days of employment

Technician Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of construction equipment, trucks, or vehicles
• Demonstrated knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems
• Solid computer skills for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bending, standing, crouching, and other related physical activities
• Basic tool inventory
• Satisfactory results of a criminal background check
• Ability to write a detailed job story
