Manager Responsibilities
Advocates for a superior guest experience
Operating a high-volume restaurant, constant evaluation and mission for improvement
Manages full lifecycle of all FOH employees:
Recruiting the best of the best!
Passionately training the team to perform at the highest level
Developing leaders and encouraging upward growth on your team
Qualifications
2 years of management experience in full-service, high-volume, fine dining restaurants
Spirit of hospitality
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
