ROLE:
The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ensuring the jewelry is packaged, sorted, and labeled in the correct manner, and with accurate quantity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist Packaging team with packaging, sorting, and labeling products for shipment.
- Maintain product packaging counts.
- Reach production quotas by maintaining a quick, effective pace as a team as well as solo.
- Maintain strict material handling practices in accordance with procedures.
- Verify parts and materials, check for damage, correct part numbers.
- Comply with applicable safety standards, and regulations.
- Perform good housekeeping duties in and around the work area.
- Report all safety, inventory, and quality issues to supervisor.
SKILLS:
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
- Extremely organized and articulate.
- Basic addition and subtraction skills.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
