Boeing Global Services’ (BGS) Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking an Experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support HR initiatives in partnership with the BGS Supply Chain function located in Irving, TX.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive HR team at Boeing. By partnering with executives, managers, and employees, you will have a critical role in driving business value, a best-in-class employee experience and effective delivery of HR programs, services and support. This role will be on site at our Drug Free Workplace (DFW) and Coppell distribution locations interfacing with employees and managers.
The position requires strategic thinking, strong written and oral communication skills, talent management experience, collaboration, employee relations, independent judgment and the ability to influence others.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with managers/employees to drive the development of people strategies, action plans and metrics to assess progress/impact
Drive quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging other HR resources as appropriate; influence process improvement by working with others; utilize conflict resolution techniques; and make the necessary changes to mitigate risk and ensure employee perspectives are considered
Coach all employee levels including management and executive leaders on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence and culture to performance outcomes
Conduct employee investigations, track and monitor case activities
Deploy and administer HR programs, policies, practices and processes
Develop integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives
Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
Track and analyze staffing and diversity strategy performance and develop corrective solutions
Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
3 years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
3 years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
3 years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with a high-impact communication style
Typical Education & Experience:
Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $87,550 - $118,450
