Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced-Level Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Position Responsibilities:
- Track parts from released engineering to delivery ship side to support Program schedule
- Establish part availability commitments from functions
- Collect parts status/metrics/data for all parts, tools, and services needed to support program/customer
- Analyze status inputs from various teams to ensure program commitments are supported
- Maintain awareness of budget (material spend plan)
- Maintain awareness of lead-times and delays in delivery
- Coordinate resolution on procurement mismatches with other functions
- Coordinate and validate schedule mismatches or inconsistencies
- Perform emergent production demand requirements mitigation
- Find alternate sources for material or sub tier detail parts as needed
- Run program part shortage meetings
- Perform critical part shortage tracking/reporting
- Perform Interorganizational Work Transactions (IWT) & Commercial Item Transfers at Price (CITAP) shortage tracking/reporting
- Produce Timely Metrics to support Program/Customer requirements
- Develop status reports on supplier deliveries to support end item deliveries
- Develop and maintain parts status briefings for projects
- Document and resolve order delinquencies
- Assist in Nonconformance Report (NCR) processing to remove constraints for IWTs and Suppliers
- Assist in Supplier Information Requests (SIR) processing to expedite process to get supplier back on plan
- Assist with Notice of Escapement (NOE) process constraint resolution
- Provide kitting delivery instructions (when required)
- Support Quality Management System (QMS) audits and independent reviews (when required)
- Coordinate with appropriate functions and support common metrics, tools, and lessons learned across site
- Work with program with any contractual/delivery issues
- Support Common Automated Procurement Request System (CAPRS) for Supply Chain (SC) on part/service requests
- Implement and maintain process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve Supply Chain Management (SCM) performance
- Support Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) Requests
- Support program with the customers (when required) through meetings, conferences, telecoms and on-site visits
- Work under general direction
This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position is for 1st shift.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- More than 3 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management
- Experience working both independently and in team environments
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel.)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
- Experience functioning in a cross-functional environment
- Experience presenting to senior/executive leadership
- Experience with Tableau
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:

Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: $95,200 - $117,600
