Leadership, Learning and Organizational Capabilities; Manufacturing Quality & Safety is looking for an Experienced Technical Instructor to support the H47 Chinook, V22 Osprey and F18 spares production, quality and associated delivery centers and support remote sites. Shift is variable to support production on all 3 shifts but the primary responsibilities will be on first shift.
Position Responsibilities:
- Conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives
- Designs and develops course content and instructional materials
- Tests delivery environment and establishes system access requirements
- Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives
- Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance
- Deploys development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes
- Delivering classroom material and performing written and practical assessments
- Analyzing the needs of our business partners to provide appropriate learning solutions
- Design, develop, maintain and deliver course ware based on the learning objectives
- Gap analysis and risk mitigation
- Solving for value
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with aircraft production, ground operations and/or flight line experience
- 1+ years of experience with technical training
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience presenting a technical subject in an adult learning environment
- Experience leading teams either informally or formally
- Experience providing learning solutions
- Experience analyzing metrics
- Experience in instructional system design
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
