Our Herndon, VA office is looking for a CAD Operator who embodies this purpose.
What You'll Do:
As a CAD Operator at Bohler, you will:
- Collaborate with team members to work on challenging land development projects in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Enhance your technical site design knowledge with more advanced design concepts
- Draft site plans for some of the most recognizable brand name clients across a wide spectrum of industries

What You'll Need:
- The ability to learn quickly, along with strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic
- A passion for design and creative problem-solving
- High School Diploma or Certificate/Degree or related education in Computer Drafting/Design
- Experience in site civil design preferred
- Practical experience with civil engineering technology (AutoCAD)
