We are looking for a Digital Manager to join our team! The person in this job role will report to our Account Services Manager and will manage the daily operations of the Digital Marketing Department.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
- 4 years of digital marketing experience
- 2 years of management experience
- Must be self-driven and able to work independently, seeking out resources and input as needed to move projects forward
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collect and analyze results and make improvements based on data
- Experience managing budget, production, campaign schedules, resources and expectations
- 2-3 years of experience working with Facebook Business manager & Ads Manager
- Google Analytics & Ads Certified
- Strong ability to create processes and procedures
- Strong problem-solving mindset and self-starting attitude
- Excellent copywriter
- Team player with a go-getter attitude
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 4 employees
- Hire and manage 2-3 interns per semester
- Manage all agency vendors (Sprout Social, Yext, etc.)
- Oversee reputation management & directory listings
- Ensure the success and organization of the social media, SEO, and Google Ads departments
- Analyze results and recommend digital strategies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
