- Provide quality customer support for marketing requests from internal and external customers.
- Organize trade shows, offsite meetings and customer events, including: managing calendars and event agendas, hotel registrations, attendee lists and travel manifests, vendor management for events, etc.
- Assist with the production, ordering, inventory and fulfillment of marketing materials, collateral, and wearables, and promotional items
- Manage and organize marketing photo and literature library including organization, asset life cycle, developing metadata, and monitoring usage metrics.
- Responsible for tracking inventory, services, and charges against assigned budgets.
- Provides assistance with monthly marketing metric collection, presentation, refinement and distribution.
- Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing, sales and company leadership programs and events.
College degree, or equivalent work experience in related job function. Successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and planning skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective interpersonal skills with all levels of management/personnel, external customers and vendors and industry associations. Must have high self-motivation, a strong customer service orientation and the ability to work independently while interacting with many customers is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of wood products a plus.
