Inside Sales (D&C): * Responsible for developing long-term client relationships and maximizing account penetration and client retention with contractors.

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for selling company products, systems and services in assigned territory to assigned accounts

• Develops relationships with multiple buying influences in the client's organization, including project managers, project engineers, construction, purchasing, and accounts payable.

• Consistently ascertains client needs and current market opportunities. Assembles, coordinates and interacts with sales team as needed for client penetration and project acquisition.

• Gathers and validates preliminary information through construction plan review or other requirements.

• Coordinates with Estimators in the interpretation of specifications and preparation of proposals.

• Responsible for project take-off, selection, pricing, and integration of equipment, controls, and services.

• Reviews contract terms and conditions.

• Presents the proposal and negotiates price, terms, and conditions with client.

• Assists clients in answering technical questions on HVAC systems, products, applications, BAS, installation, operation, maintenance, and problem resolution.

• Flexibility to work outside normal work hours, as required.

• Responsible for general administrative functions to support the equipment fulfillment process.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: *

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Minimum 3 years client service experience

• Experience with MS Office Suite

• Detail oriented, organized, strong math skills

• Motivated, self-starter that can work independently

• Two years HVAC and/ or construction industry experience a plus
