What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Bold Business?
We are looking for a highly organized and task-oriented Recruiter to support scheduling and coordinating. You’re excited to work from home (100% remote) and support the VP of Recruiting in searching for world-class US / PH / LAT AM -based candidates. Key responsibilities include recruiting, coordinating, and scheduling. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved. To be successful in this role, you should have good knowledge of recruitment techniques (Boolean), you will need to schedule interviews faster than lightning, and genuinely care about candidate experience from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through our existing database and contacts, advertising campaigns, direct recruiting, etc.
- Setting up interviews between candidates and hiring managers with speed and efficiency
- Continuously coordinating with our Hiring Team
- Managing the candidate database, and providing consistent support and direction to staff and candidates
- Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates
- Working with peers and supervisors to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific project needs

Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in recruitment, preferably in PH, US, Lat Am market (RPO experience is a plus)
- Incredible written and verbal communication (English)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques like Boolean, Google X-ray, etc.
- Highly organized and sound judgment
- World-class attention to details
