About the role

We're in search of a Shopify Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead to fuel the growth of Bold's Shopify division, with a specific focus on Sales & Partnerships.  Reporting directly to Bold’s CEO, you'll take charge of initiatives aimed at enhancing our market presence through strategic partnerships and effective go-to-market strategies. Your primary focus will be on developing a strong sales pipeline, nurturing partner relationships, and achieving revenue targets through joint endeavors.


What you’ll do

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive go-to-market strategy geared towards market penetration and robust sales growth.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize go-to-market investment allocation, driving maximum growth and profitability.
  • Cultivate impactful engagements with key agency/SI partners to capitalize on sales, referrals, and revenue opportunities.
  • Build credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders, including sales executives and industry partners, by consistently demonstrating a strong sales discipline.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to recommend innovative approaches for achieving strategic partnerships and sales goals. 
  • Cultivate a culture of high performance within the Shopify division through effective leadership, coaching, and mentorship initiatives.


What we’re looking for

  • Over 10 years of extensive experience within the Shopify ecosystem, including Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing.
  • Deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and its dynamics, with a broad network within the Shopify community.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning and analytics, consistently executing comprehensive GTM strategies to drive growth.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, exceeding revenue targets, and fostering team cohesion.
  • Skilled in developing and executing innovative partnership and sales strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions to drive substantial growth and success.
