Online screen printing & embroidery company in Brookfield, CT is hiring a Custom Apparel Customer Service Representative.

The primary responsibility is to assist customers in navigating the ordering process, think of it like Custom Apparel Concierge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized assistance to customers with artwork, product options, and order placement.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to ensure their vision is accurately translated into the final product.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, such as production and design, to coordinate order fulfillment.
  • Address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and order specifications for reference and follow-up.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with using computers and file management.
