• 3-5 years’ experience in conventional housing portfolio management
• College degree required
• CAM or CPM designation or candidacy preferred
• Subject matter expert on all city, county, state and federal Housing Laws
  

Your New Role: Do you have a sixth sense for anticipating needs and are always one step ahead of the curve? This fast-paced property management company is looking for someone to take the helm of their market-rate and conventional housing team to evaluate tasks and delegate accordingly.

As Residential Housing Portfolio Manager, you’ll be running the show and will be expected to consistently optimize the financial performance of assigned properties and coordinate the physical maintenance of those properties. You’ll also maintain an open line with property owners on marketing strategies and all that comes with it. Additionally, you’ll manage a range of tasks including annual inspections, contract negotiations and payroll approvals.

This team is seeking someone who can analyze and troubleshoot an issue, finding a great solution in the process. An eagerness to lead, a robust background in residential portfolio management, and leadership experience would all be assets in this role.

This position is half in-office and half on-site at various properties in the Beaverton area.
